How do I back up my memories?
Backup goes to your own cloud — iCloud on iPhone, Google/Drive on Android. Turn it on in Settings → Backup, or tap Back up now. Your memories never pass through our servers.
What's free, and what's Premium?
Capturing moments, your collection, and The Arc are free. Premium (7-day free trial, then $3.99/month, $39.99/year, or $149.99 lifetime) unlocks cloud backup, the Memory Reel, the printable Scrapbook, and keeping memories for more than one child.
How do I start or cancel the free trial / subscription?
Start a trial from the Premium screen in the app. To manage or cancel, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select The Memory Hand-Off. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.
I already paid — how do I restore my purchase?
On the Premium screen, tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
How do I create a Memory Reel or Scrapbook?
Open the Keepsake tab and choose Memory Reel (a short video) or Scrapbook (print or save as PDF). Both are generated on your device.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any single memory from your collection, remove a child in Settings, or delete everything. Uninstalling the app removes all local data; your cloud copy is managed from your iCloud or Google account.
